Number Three is Married and I Survived It.

Well, it is over and I actually made it without getting sick again. The bride was beautiful, the groom handsome (thank God he looks like his Mom), and the ceremony and reception was very nice. I must admit that I had reservations about a Vegas wedding, but it was great...we actually had an ordained minister....no Elvis look alike Justice of the Peace. Sandy was a real trooper pushing me around in a wheel chair because of my edema in my legs. A big thanks to Dave and Jim for making sure I got to all the festivities.

The only hitch happened at the Vegas airport where there was no wheel chair when we flew out Monday. A fellow passenger told me that the travel assist people for United were at an inservice on how to serve the handicapped traveler.

Dan and Sandy:
Great Video and pictures! So glad to hear that the trip went well for you both and that you didn't have to miss the great event! You both look super as did the B&G.
We had a good trip to Florida and won 2 of 3 so we're happy but not estatic, could have beated Arkansas but it didn't happen, oh well.
Hope that you are getting rested and continue to heal and settled in for the winter that looks like it is comming tomorrow for us here.
BTW rember how Bolkey Garret(sp) taught us to tackle in grade school, running at us with the dummy legs?
Keep getting better.
Later,
Jamie

Thanks for the great photos.

I forgot to mention that I love when the minister said, "Love is a decision we make everyday." I had never thought of it that way before, but those are great words to live by.

I must admit I worried a bit about you getting involved in so many germs every where in the casino and plane and airport. Glad it turned out OK.

Now on to getting into the Christmas spirit. You have a lot to be thankful this year.

Stay well, Lora Rae and Don
