A New Drain

The new drain was put in today...and interestingly enough it is in a new pocket of fluid We thought the "old" pocket of fluid had filled up again but that was not the case. I guess these pockets easily form after lymph glands have been cut.

Dan feels tired, he had a fever for a while, and spent most of the day waiting for the procedure. However the procedure is done and he feels good now He is drinking his Diet Root Beer, has his Bronco blanket on the bed, and is talking to his sons....so all is well.

Sounds like you are all snuggled in. Take care and know that you aren't missing much outside...for Colorado weather anyway. It is so cold here.

Geez, I hadn't even been checking your web site. Then all of a sudden, Sue P. told me you were on again. What a lot of news!! Sounds like there have been ups and downs, but hope this is another up. If you don't want to be punished teaching math at the middle school, you could try English!! At least our writing assessments are over. Hope you are home soon, and I'll keep on checking. Jerry's and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Rosemary PS - I always knew you had a good wife!!

Glad to hear that your doing better. Rehab can at times be very difficult and painful and you're handling it like a real trooper. My prayers and thoughts continue to be with you.
Take Care,
